The Serbian wood industry has a record surplus in foreign trade. The expansion and production of solid wood furniture is of high quality, and even more important is the manufacture and sale of panel furniture.

This industry has great potential due to the quality of Serbia’s raw material base, preserved and renewable natural resources, and its development encourages entrepreneurship development, employment growth and regional development.

Domestic companies are constantly updating their equipment and adapting to demanding trends and market needs. Collaboration of furniture designers and interior designers with domestic furniture manufacturers results in high quality products that are export oriented.
