The 65th International Belgrade Book Fair took place from 23rd to 30th October 2022.

416 direct exhibitors (including exhibitors and co-exhibitors, among whom 325 were national direct exhibitors and 91 foreign direct exhibitors) presented themselves at the fair.

Total number of participants, including the present companies in addition to direct and indirect exhibitors, was 854.

The fair cover the space area of 30,000 m2 gross exhibition area.

525 programs were organized by the Belgrade Book Fair and publishers.

4 exhibition shows were presented.

163,616 visitors were registered.

In addition to publishers from Serbia, there were also publishers form Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Republic of Srpska, Russia, Croatia, Montenegro, Italy, China, Iran, Belarus, Switzerland, Morocco, India, Germany, Poland, Egypt and Hungary who participated at the 65the International Belgrade Book Fair.

The guest of honor at the 65th International Belgrade Book Fair was Romania.

Numerous awards were granted at the Fair, including the Publishers of the Year, the Publishing Venture of the Year, Children’s Book of the Year, Best Publishers From the Diaspora, Special Awards for contribution in the field of science, Special Publisher, Book or Comic Book Awards, Most Beautiful Book, Most Beautiful Children’s Book and Special Award for a young book designer.

The 65th International Belgrade Book Fair was followed by over 1200 journalists, camera operators and photojournalists from electronic, print and online media accredited to follow public events.

Also, the presence of media houses and reporters from North Macedonia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Japan, Russia, China, Germany, France and Austria were noted.
