From November 30th to December 3rd, at the Belgrade Fair, enthusiasts of good food and drinks will have the opportunity to indulge in a unique blend of tradition and authenticity at the seventeenth annual Fair of Ethnic Food and Drinks. This event presents a true delight for all senses, providing visitors the chance to discover the diversity of flavors and aromas offered by the rich culinary heritage of our region.

More than 300 producers of traditional food items will be presented, with small-scale producers mainly participating at collective stands organized by the Serbian Chamber of Commerce and its regional branches, the Cooperative Union of Serbia and Vojvodina, city administrations, and associations.

Under the organization of the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the participants will include producers from Leskovac, Požarevac, Zaječar, Kraljevo, Kragujevac, Kruševac, Užice, Valjevo, Pančevo, Novi Sad, and Belgrade.

Under the organization of local self-governments, the participants will include producers from Belgrade, Mladenovac, Žagubica, Kučevo, Kikinda, Bogatić, Babušnica, Zrenjanin, and Blace.

In addition, at this year’s Fair of Ethnic Food and Drinks, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, which is the patron of the event along with the city of Belgrade, will also be presented.

The appearance of small-scale producers from underdeveloped municipalities at this year’s event is being arranged by the Office of the Minister without Portfolio, Novica Tončev, responsible for fostering development in these areas.

Friend and partner of the event is the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.

SERVICE INFORMATION

The fair will be open from Thursday, November 30th, until Sunday, December 3rd, from 10 am to 7 pm.

The event will take place in Hall 2, with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm. Entry for business visitors is free upon completion and validation of the registration form.

For other interested visitors, the price of a single ticket is 500 RSD, 300 RSD for group visits, and family tickets are 1,000 RSD. The parking fee is 150 RSD per hour.

Journalists and media representatives can enter the event by presenting a valid press pass at the entrance to Hall 2 of the Belgrade Fair.

Goal of the Fair has been clear and defined for years, to ESTABLISH A BRAND OF ETHNIC PRODUCTS.

The international aspect of the event will be evident through participants from the Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Greece.

The fair is designed to be a space where producers, culinary experts and true food enthusiasts gather. Visitors will explore a wide range of traditional dishes, authentic delicacies and refined beverages. At the same time, lectures will be held on the importance of preserving and promoting local culinary heritage.

This event revives the flavors of old recipes and traditional food preparation techniques in an atmosphere that celebrates the diversity and authenticity of our gastronomic legacy.
