At the same time as the Tourism, Hotel & Restaurant Equipment and Souvenir Fairs, BEOWINE – International Wine Fair has been held at Belgrade Fair for eight years, as well. Due to the considerably increased number of exhibitors, the wine manufacturers will feature on February 23 to 26, this year, in two halls.
The Fair will be attended by the most prominent local and regional wine manufacturers, wine cellars and companies distributing it. The exhibiting range will include also brandy at this year’s event, as well, featuring the famous Serbian brand.
As a form part of the tourism industry, BEOWINE will present the wine tourism opportunities, tourism offer, accommodation and gastronomic specialties, as well as the complete wine manufacturing and vine growing equipment.
The Fair connects all attendees in the tourism/catering industry, consumers and service users. The event is an opportunity for the manufacturers to meet, establish business cooperation with distributers and enter new markets. As every year, many presentations, promotions and tasting sessions will be held daily at the stands.
Professional lectures, presentations, interactive promotions and free workshops for all participants and visitors are planned also within the side event program. The wine manufacturing experts will discuss the perspectives and development of the autochthonous grape sorts in Serbia, wine manufacturing, seeds, its quality, clones and bases. They will show to the interested visitors various styles and wines for every occasion. Certified organic grape growing and legal frames, grape growing protection will be mentioned, as well. Manufacturer presentation is planned, as well and one of the topics will be also the Vinjak brandy – categories, quality, changing through time.
The best wines in eight categories will be selected at the traditional BEOWINE CHALLENGE CUP competition.
