The 45th International Building Trade Fair will be held at Belgrade Fair between 17 April and 20, 2019 under the auspices of the Ministry of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia, and as such it is a leading fair event in the construction industry across the whole of Southeast Europe.

More than 600 exhibitors from 27 countries, all eminent domestic and foreign construction companies, distributors and traders, will present themselves in six fair halls, as well as outside of Belgrade Fair.

More than four decades of extensive business experience has affirmed the event across all construction sectors, after which it has gained a strong international character and a leadership status of the International Building Trade Fair.

Its reputation and scope make the event one of the business trademarks of Belgrade and Serbia, as confirmed by many foreign participants and visitors alike. Apart from a whole host of different participants, the Building Trade Fair is also visited by many guests from both the country and abroad.

The exhibition program includes engineering, reconstruction, glass processing machinery, woodworking machinery, state-of-the-art construction equipment, computer software in construction, machines and devices for building material industry, the latest materials, climate-control devices, prefabricated buildings.

Just like any other year, this year’s fair will be both rich in content and design. New technologies will be present in every segment of the event itself as there is a constant need for innovation and progress in the construction industry. This refers to IT, digital, communication technologies, all kinds of special applied software, which has not been a novelty and exclusivity in the construction industry for a very long time, but rather a set standard.

Technical and technological achievements are especially noticeable in technology, construction systems and materials.

“Real Estate and Investments” and “Architecture and Urbanism”

Ever since last year a particularly significant segment are two commodity groups: “Real Estate and Investments” and “Architecture and Urbanism”. Many companies operating in the field of construction, real estate and architecture are due to arrive. Investment projects will be presented at the fair, which is a chance for domestic and regional builders. Apart from usual participation of the most significant representatives of the construction machinery and tools industry, many significant scaffolding manufacturers, as well as brick manufacturers will attend the event as well.

11. STONEEXPO SERBIA International Stone Fair

The Building Trade Fair will host the largest international fair in the field of natural stone and supporting industry in hall 2, level A – STONEEXPO SERBIA. Furthermore, the leading domestic and international companies engaged in stone exploration, exploitation and processing, manufacture of machinery, tools and equipment used for exploitation, processing, protection and restoration of stone will also attend the event apart from regular exhibitors.

Countries at the Building Trade Fair

The event will bring together leading construction companies from both the region and the world. The countries that will take part at this year’s Building Trade Fair are Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Montenegro, Norway, China, Poland, India, Northern Macedonia, South Africa, Russia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and the United States.

The Tuzla Cantonal Chamber of Commerce will be attending the Building Trade Fair for the first time.

Tickets:

Single tickets cost RSD 400.00, whereas group tickets cost RSD 250.00.

Tickets for pupils and students: RSD 150.00 with a report book and transcript booklet.

Business pass (which includes a package of business visitors’ benefits is valid throughout all fair days and provides access to and use of Business Lounge services, i.e., hot and cold beverages, Wi-Fi, use of computers and printers …) can be bought at the price of RSD 2,000.00.
