The event “strictly” following with the reason the International Tourism Fair and the International Wine Fair is certainly the International Fair of Hotel and Restaurant Equipment – HORECA. This year’s event is its 13th edition and in the past years it deserved the position of very successful review, uniting and promoting various tourism industry branches and connecting the participants in the tourism/catering industry.

On February 23 to 26, the HORECA will gather more participants at a larger exhibition space compared with the previous editions. In the exhibiting section, the visitors will be able to see the state-of-the-art equipment for kitchens, restaurants, bars and hotels, then security and booking systems, bedsheets, cleaning equipment, bakery and pastry product range, banquet equipment, working garments and shoes, souvenirs, trade literature and publications. This year, special attention will be attracted by the famous brand manufacturers and importers within IT solutions, sound and lighting systems.

The state-of-the-art products and services, as well as trends in the business doing method, supply and operation of the hotels, restaurants and other catering facilities are a part of the offer to be presented at the Fair. New standards and technologies promoted by the exhibitors at this event are important for the entire tourism industry enhancement. Thus, the presentations at this event become increasingly important.

Beside the exhibiting section, the Fair is completed also by additional related features, presentations and trade lectures. This year, the side event program will be enriched by attractive shows and demonstrations of catering skills, as well as many tasting shows.
