The 42nd GRAFIMA – Graphic, Paper and Creative Industry Fair has been officially opened in Hall 4 of the Belgrade Fair, in the presence of numerous guests and exhibitors.

The purpose of this representative regional fair manifestation is to promote technological achievements in graphic industry, publishing, printed media, design, marketing industry, as well as paper production, finishing and processing and many other segments of these industries. For decades, its goal and mission is to integrate, in the best possible way, mechanical industry, information and communication technologies, creative and artistic graphic styles and skills, application-specific integrated circuit and designer hardware and software into professional, educational and visual fair challenge of high international format.

In the opening ceremony of this manifestation, Jelena Đurić, Executive Director of the company Igepa Cartacell, a host of this year’s Grafima, said that Grafima, together with the two other manifestations, is an opportunity for the participants, after two difficult years behind, to exchange their experiences and professional knowledge, and establish cooperation at the best of all places.

Although it has changed over time, and is still changing, Grafima allows continuous keeping up with trends and innovations in every single industry.

Igepa Grup belongs to one of these industries, being a leading paper wholesaler in Europe, and operating in 25 countries worldwide, with turnover of two billion euros and Cartacell as its integral part.

Jelena Đurić invited the audience to attend lectures organized within Grafima Supporting Program, which was significantly contributed by Igepa Cartacell.

Miša Čugurović, a many-year exhibitor at Grafima, President of this manifestation organization board and President of Graphic Industry Group within the Creative Industry Association, Serbian Chamber of Industry, underlined that Grafima also included two more manifestations – Biro Expo from before and the 1st Packaging Fair PAK AM. He highlighted that this fair manifestation should maintain its “live”, “physical” format, since no internet, online or virtual format can describe or demonstrate in such a vivid way, the character and performance of machinery and equipment.

Under the slogan ”More Colours” more than 70 exhibitors of various profiles from about ten countries presented themselves, offering visitors full range of various machines, devices and graphic industry equipment, spare parts and components, used graphic machines, control and measuring devices and equipment, machines and other equipment for waste material recycling, raw and processed materials, including finished products of graphic, creative and paper industry.

Grafima working hours: On 21 – 23 September from 10h to 18h, on 24 September from 10h to 17h.

Price for individual ticket is 400 RSD, group tickets 300 (for scholars and students 200), and parking ticket is 150 RSD per hour.
