The International Human and Minority Rights Day – 10th December will be observed since this year by a special fair event called Mosaic of Serbia. The first trade fair devoted to the national minorities living in Serbia is organized by the Office for Human and Minority Rights, under cooperation with the National Councils of the national minorities.
The National Councils of many minorities will feature at the trade fair – Hungarian, Slovak, Czech, Roma, Montenegrin, Bosniak, German, Bulgarian, Romanian, Croatian, Bunjevci, Rusiniak, Ukrainian, Vlach and Ashkali. The National Councils will feature at their booths their cultural heritage, from national costumes, old crafts, gastronomic specialties, handicrafts, up to publishing. Within the cultural / artistic program, starting at 11.00 a. m. The cultural / artistic groups will perform the traditional dances and songs. With follore ensembles, the performers will be also reciters, flutists, dance groups, the gusle players, etc.
The event Mosaic of Serbia festive opening is on Saturday, December 10, 2016, at 11.00 a. m. at Belgrade Fair Hall 3A.
The fair event will be open from 10.00 a. m. to 4.00 p. m. and the entry is free of charge.
