The reforms within the issue of electronic construction licenses, spatial planning, housing and architectural policy, municipal activity and energy efficiency are the most important topics to be presented by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure at the 44th International Building Trade Fair – SEEBBE 2018. As the Event Patron, the Ministry will try to answer most of the questions of citizens and businessmen, but also to listen to their problems and suggestions.
Due to the process simplification, the reform of the issue of electronic construction licenses made a unique revolution in Serbian civil engineering and became the Ministry’s trade mark. Only last year, more than 18 thousand electronic construction licenses were issued, while in 2014, so before the e-license introduction, only seven thousand licenses were issued.
At the Ministry’s stand, the visitors will be able to get free publications within planning and construction. In addition to the handbook ‘From the Idea to the Use License’, ‘Legalization as Public Interest’ or ‘Classification of the Soil Purpose and Plan Symbols’, the investors will be able to get also other documents related to the civil engineering branch.
The Ministry will present another important reform currently in progress – e-cadastre introduction and adoption of the Law on the Procedure of the Property Right Entry into the Cadastre and Cable Duct Cadastre and will also announce a new reform – e-space, for which the documents are being prepared now.
The Ministry will also present a software package for traffic and urban mobility planning and within the housing and architectural policy, it will present the advantages entered by the Law on Housing and Building Maintenance, which attracted great attention of the citizens. SEEBBE will be an opportunity also for the project presentation Address Register, which will enable almost three million of citizens to get the correct living address.
