Based on Articles 248 and 219 of the Labor Law, the Director of the company Belgrade Fair (Beogradski sajam d.o.o.), Nikola Banković, and authorized representatives of the representative trade unions—Sanja Ognjanović Kocić, Chief Trustee of the “Nezavisnost” Trade Union of Belgrade Fair, and Aleksandar Pavić, President of the Trade Union Organization of Belgrade Fair (SSSS)—have signed a new three-year Collective Agreement.
The Collective Agreement regulates the rights, obligations, and responsibilities arising from employment for workers at the company Belgrade Fair, the securing and realization of employees’ rights at work and on the basis of work, as well as all other matters of importance to both the employee and the employer.
The new Collective Agreement serves as yet another confirmation of the shared understanding and commitment of both management and the trade unions to improve and protect employees’ rights and to create a stable and supportive working environment.
