The upcoming Building Trade Fair will feature seven national exhibitions highlighting international achievements, with participants from the following countries: Austria, Montenegro, Czech Republic, China, Poland, Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and Turkey.
Exhibition Program
The 49th International Building Trade Fair is expected to feature a rich and diverse exhibitor program that will cover all key segments of the construction industry: the latest technologies in construction, innovative materials, and energy efficiency and sustainability.
The fair will showcase a wide range of exhibitors, including manufacturers of concrete, building blocks, bricks, roofing and facade coatings, insulation materials, flooring, glass, wooden structures, and other essential construction materials. In addition, there will be producers of energy-efficient systems and equipment for air conditioning and ventilation, along with innovative solutions for waterproofing and sound insulation. The event will also feature manufacturers and distributors of construction machinery, tools, and equipment such as excavators, trucks, cranes, compressors, backhoe loaders, and tools for cutting, drilling, and grinding. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the latest advancements in construction technology, including smart building management systems, automation, and digitalization.
The event will place a special focus on manufacturers of attractive modular housing units, commonly known as containers. Aesthetically and functionally, modular buildings have made significant advancements and are now a popular choice among buyers. Alongside these modular structures, visitors will also find accompanying facilities such as pools and pavilions.
As the latest technological innovation in construction, the fair will provide an opportunity to explore composite reinforcing bar (GFRP – Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) and learn about its many advantages.
Visitors will also be introduced to new models of large-format roof tiles, while in the field of interior architecture, manufacturers of interior doors will present their current offerings.
The exhibition will also feature the latest generation of solar panels, woodworking machines, and related equipment.
New solutions for both interior and exterior wall cladding will also be available, combining aesthetics and functionality.
The exhibition program will also include elements for the increasingly popular smart homes, some of which are made according to the latest ecological standards. Modern construction involves care for nature, the environment, and surroundings, establishing criteria for sustainable building, renewable energy sources, energy efficiency, and the rational use of resources. In this context, new investments in the region, as well as technological innovations related to each of these aspects, along with materials and processes that construction experts will present in the future, attract a large number of visitors interested in both commercial and residential construction.
SEEBBE 2025 will be a place for market exploration, establishing cooperation, and launching new projects, and for domestic exhibitors, it will certainly be a way to always stay at the center of events and meet the criteria set by global standards.
