This year’s 45th Grafima, the International Graphic, Paper and Creative Industry Fair, will be held from October 8 to 11, 2025, in Hall 4 of the Belgrade Fair.
Under the slogan “More Color,” this prestigious regional event will gather the most important players from the world of graphic industry, graphic design, printing, photography, animation, digital art, and other creative disciplines.
The mission of the fair is to showcase the latest technologies and trends in the graphic industry, as well as innovative solutions that are shaping the future of creative expression. In addition, visitors will have the opportunity to attend workshops, presentations, and panel discussions led by experts from various fields.
Grafima’s offerings are exceptionally broad, covering almost all segments of contemporary graphic and creative production. Exhibitors will present the latest equipment, software, raw materials, and services, giving visitors the chance to see the entire production process – from the idea and design, through technical implementation, to the final product and its distribution.
In the most prominent hardware segment, exhibitors have announced digital printers of various types, with emphasis on solvent, latex, and UV-LED inkjet printers that provide high print quality with economical consumption, as well as offset and screen-printing machines, equipment for product finishing, systems for cutting and perforation, specialized printers for labels and textiles, and 3D printers, which expand the possibilities of printing onto entirely new materials and into new dimensions, along with laminating machines, folding and stapling machines, etc.
As part of the event, there will also be exhibitions and presentations of software solutions and materials used in the graphic and creative industries. Visitors will have the opportunity to explore contemporary printing techniques, packaging design, branding, and many other aspects of visual communication in practice.
During the fair, traditional awards will be presented for the most innovative projects, together with competitions in design and graphics and exhibitions of artistic works.
At the same time, two accompanying events will take place: the 31st International Fair of IT and Office Equipment – BIRO-EXPO, and the 4th Packaging Fair– PAK-AM.
This way, Belgrade becomes a central meeting point for industries that overlap and together shape modern communication, visual culture, and logistical infrastructure.
The opening hours of the fairs GRAFIMA, BIRO-EXPO, and PAK-AM will be from October 8 to 10, from 10:00 to 18:00, and on October 11 from 10:00 to 17:00.
The price of an individual ticket is 700 RSD, group tickets are 400 RSD, group tickets for students and pupils of specialized schools are 350 RSD, admission is free of charge for B2B registered visitors (not applicable to parking), and the price for car parking within the fairgrounds is 200 RSD per hour.
