Cookies
Cookies are alphanumeric packages of information with variable content sent by a web server and stored on the user’s computer for a predetermined period. The use of cookies allows certain visitor data to be collected and enables tracking of website usage. Cookies help monitor users’ interests, internet usage patterns, and website visit history to ensure an optimal user experience.
Since cookies serve as markers that allow a website to recognize a returning visitor, they can also store the current username and password for that website. If a browser sends a previously stored cookie, the service provider processing the cookie can link the user’s current visit with previous visits, but only in connection with their own content.
The information sent by cookies facilitates the recognition of web browsers, allowing users to receive relevant and “personalized” content. Cookies make browsing more convenient, including supporting online data security and relevant advertising. Using cookies, the service provider can also generate anonymous statistics on user browsing habits, which helps better tailor the website’s appearance and content.

Temporary Cookies (Required) – session cookies (session-id) necessary for using the website. Their use is essential for navigation and for the proper functioning of the website. Without them, the website, or parts of it, may not display correctly, browsing may be disrupted, and adding tickets to the cart or making online payments may not function properly.
Persistent Cookies (Analytical and Marketing/Advertising) – which remain on the device depending on the web browser settings, either for a long period or until the user deletes them. Persistent cookies include internal and external cookies. Internal cookies are created when the service provider’s server installs a cookie and the data is transmitted to its own database. If a cookie is installed by the service provider’s server but the data is transmitted to an external provider, it is an external cookie. Third-party cookies, placed in the user’s browser by a third party (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel), are external cookies. They are installed in the browser when the visited website uses services provided by a third party. The purpose of persistent cookies is to ensure that the website functions at the highest level to enhance the user experience.
When visiting the website, the user can give their consent for storing persistent cookies on their device, which the service provider can access by clicking the cookie notice button on the login page.
The user can also configure and block cookie-related activities through their web browser. Using cookie management, the user can typically enable or disable cookies, or access cookie-tracking options in the Privacy / History / Custom Settings menu under Tools/ Settings.
However, please note that without the use of cookies, the user may not be able to use every service offered by the website, particularly payment options. Purpose of data processing: to perform payment transactions with the payment service provider, identification and differentiation of users, identification of the user’s current session, storage of data generated during the session, prevention of data loss, user identification and tracking, and web analytics.
Scope of data processed: identification number, date, time, and previously visited web page. Data processing period: temporary cookies are stored until all websites of the same type are closed. Persistent cookies are stored on the user’s device for one year or until the user deletes them.
Possible consequences of failure to provide data: unavailability of certain website services, failed payment transactions, inaccuracies in analytics.
