Based on Articles 248 and 219 of the Labor Law, the Director of the company Belgrade Fair (Beogradski sajam d.o.o.), Nikola Bankovi\u0107, and authorized representatives of the representative trade unions\u2014Sanja Ognjanovi\u0107 Koci\u0107, Chief Trustee of the \u201cNezavisnost\u201d Trade Union of Belgrade Fair, and Aleksandar Pavi\u0107, President of the Trade Union Organization of Belgrade Fair (SSSS)\u2014have signed a new three-year Collective Agreement.<\/p>\n

<\/a><\/span><\/div>\n

The Collective Agreement regulates the rights, obligations, and responsibilities arising from employment for workers at the company Belgrade Fair, the securing and realization of employees\u2019 rights at work and on the basis of work, as well as all other matters of importance to both the employee and the employer.<\/p>\n

The new Collective Agreement serves as yet another confirmation of the shared understanding and commitment of both management and the trade unions to improve and protect employees\u2019 rights and to create a stable and supportive working environment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
